Expo-Agro hosts a Conference on the role of the Alhóndiga in the fruit and vegetable sector

The speakers were José Francisco Salazar Mato, Professor of the Department of Economics applied of the University of Almería (UAL), which dealt with the management of the fruit and vegetable quality, José Angel Aznar Sánchez, lecturer in the Department of applied economics of the UALwhose talk focused on the history, present and prospects of the Alhóndigas, and Emilio González Gómez, Professor of the Department of applied economics of the LAU, who spoke on 'Economic and social components of the Alhóndigas'.
