Great display Doosan in the new section of the bird of Guipúzcoa
We can currently find more than 13 machines Doosan working for the UTE Bergara, about 3 km from the Guipuzcoan town of Bergara, in a new section that will allow the passage of the AVE high-speed train, linking Madrid with Bilbao.
Doosan machinery that may be operating in the new section of the bird of Guipúzcoa belongs to two area construction companies: HTR Torre Roiz and excavations Bedia.

HTR Hnos. Tower Roiz, S.L.located in Muriedas (Camargo), founded in 1994, and consolidated in the sector thanks to its team of professionals, it has as main activities excavation and public works, being owner of Doosan five excavators. It has about 50 employees and a wide range of services such as excavations, the movement of land, land clearing and draining, rental of machinery, urbanization and paving, supplies, sanitation and purification, conditioning of roads and avenues, machaqueo material, electric pipeline, public building, leveling, demolitions and snow thrower cab service.
And excavations Bedia, based in San Mamés de Meruelo, is a family company, with more than 40 employees, specialized in earthworks, which owns, among others, seven brand Doosan excavator. He has extensive experience in this type of tasks since he was present at the stretch of work of Venta de Baños in the province of Palencia.
Bergara is working 6 Doosan excavators ranging from the DX225, DX300 and DX340 to the DX480 (one of the biggest excavators range), together with seven articulated dump trucks, including the new model DA40. A combination of ideal machinery, whose main mission is the movement of 1 million cubic meters of Earth. The work basically consists of the digging and loading Earth in dump trucks, which are responsible for transporting materials and debris removed, to move to the next phase of construction of the different sections for the high-speed railway.
Doosan Doosan
Articulated dump trucks (ADT) Doosan are designed to increase productivity in various applications of cartage. The range of ADTs Doosan has a hinge joint located behind ring rotation that provides an even distribution of weight, even when turned to maximum, and ensures a total contact between tyres and the road sign.

They have a very flexible and agile undercarriage incorporating a free swing rear tandem bogie. This ensures that the 6 wheels receive power equally and achieves a performance of driving in difficult terrain. The tipper tipped also the stability of the vehicle thanks to its low centre of gravity which allows you to dump load improvement quickly and easily, even in the most extreme conditions.
The combination of pivot point in advance, the exclusive tandem bogie and the sloping rear rack achieves the best performance on all terrains, and avoids the necessity of electronic aids such as traction control.
Another important point to highlight is the new eco-mode which automatically controls the rated speed of the engine, making it ideal to save fuel in transport long operations distance. The Powertrain and electronics improved models allow to reduce the rated speed of the engine and work with optimum power and torque to save fuel.
In terms of security, these vehicles have a system which uses rotation sensors installed in the front and the tipper by providing a continuous flow of data is converted into graphic readings in the control panel; which allows to know the State of the vehicle at all times. The system indicates whether or not it is safe to move forward with the dumper or if it is better to stop it where there is a risk of tipping.

Also remarkable are the protectors of lexan headlights that offer increased performance when working in low light or at night. To complement the security features, have developed new systems that provide immediate detection of errors in several languages. The use of large symbols to indicate failures in the control with greater visibility monitor immediately. New failure detection systems also offer troubleshooting in order to reduce downtime for the end user, as well as an easy-to-update software to safeguard the performance of the vehicle.
