Esta revisión tiene como objetivos mejorar la gestión ambiental de los residuos y su impacto tanto en el medio ambiente como en la salud de los ciudadanos; así como reducir la generación de residuos, también los generados por el desperdicio alimentario, y aumentar el reciclado.
