Su principio fundamental está basado en dos sistemas, uno interior y otro exterior, en los que se alojan alternativamente a cada sistema unas vigas transversales equipadas con mallas de poliuretano. El movimiento opuesto de ambos sistemas, producido por un eje excéntrico, somete a las mallas flexibles de poliuretano a una tensión y aflojado alternativo que imprimen al material a cribar una gran aceleración vertical superior a 50 g. Las máquinas „LF“ se suministran con uno o dos pisos cribantes en dimensiones que van desde la más pequeña de 1 x 2,52 m hasta la más grande de 3 x 10,08 m (30,24 m2) pasando por la de doble piso de 3,0 x 8,82 m. The movement of the two systems in opposite directions, produced by an eccentric shaft, creates a tensing and loosening of the elastic polyurethane screen mats and produces great vertical acceleration, greater than 50 g of the screening material. „LF“ machines are supplied with one or two screening decks with dimensions ranging from the smallest of 1 x 2.52 m to the largest of 3 x 10.08 m (30.24 m2), as well as the double deck of 3.0 x 8.82 m.
