Descripción de la cubierta flotante HexaCover® La idea fundamental de la Cubierta Flotante HexaCover® y, que lo hace único y excepcional, es que está construido con forma de hexágono con nervios o placas simétricas a cada lado. HexaCover® está fabricado a partir de polipropileno reciclado, resistente a UV y con una densidad relativa de 0,5 kg/l. HexaCover® es la solución para el control de: • La evaporación • El crecimiento biológico • Las emisiones • Los olores • La pérdida de calor • Ahuyentamiento de aves HexaCover® se suministra en big bag y está disponible en 2 formatos de diferente tamaño: R90 y R114. En el caso de balsas de lixiviados el formato recomendado es el R114, cuyas características técnicas son: HexaCover® viene con una garantía de 10 años y una esperanza de vida de 25 años. Está patentada y es una marca registrada. Deplan, S.L. tiene un acuerdo comercial con Hexacover A/S para la venta y distribución de la solución HexaCover® en todo el territorio español. Instalación de la Cubierta Flotante Hexacover® A partir de la superficie de la balsa de lixiviados y teniendo en cuenta su % de capacidad máxima de llenado de ésta, se suministraron 50 Big Bags del formato R114 correspondientes a 2.000 m2, no HexaCover® is supplied in Big Bags and is available in two formats of different size: R90 and R114. The recommended format for leachate ponds is R114, which has the following technical specifications: HexaCover® comes with a ten-year guarantee and an estimated service life of 25 years. It is a patented registered trademark. DEPLAN, S.L. has a commercial agreement with HEXA-COVER A/S for the sale and distribution of HexaCover® Floating Cover throughout Spain. Installation of the Hexacover® Floating Cover Based on the surface area of the leachate pond and taking its maximum fill level into account, 50 Big Bags of R114 format HexaCover®, corresponding to 2,000 m2, were supplied. It was not necessary to cover additional surface areas. The installation was carried out in May, 2020. This enables it to achieve covering rates of over 90% most of the time, resulting in very high estimated reductions in emissions and odours.
