Revelyst has opened a recruitment process for the position of Sales Representative Iberia – East Region, dedicated to the brands Giro Cycling and Camelbak. The role is designed to manage and develop the East Spain territory, consolidating relationships with independent bike shops, key retail accounts and outdoor-oriented points of sale.

The company defines itself as a collective of makers specialized in performance gear and precision technologies for the outdoors. Within its cycling division, the objective is to strengthen market presence, drive sell-in and sell-through, and ensure seasonal execution across the territory.

According to the company, the selected candidate will operate in close coordination with the country manager and the EU headquarters, contributing to revenue growth and structured account development in a competitive cycling market.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

SALES MANAGEMENT

• Establish Giro Cycling and Camelbak as the primary partner in the East Spain territory by cultivating existing accounts and securing representation of our cycling and outdoor products in specialized stores and casual/fashion retail.

• Optimize sales and service for specialized stores accounts through consistent selling, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profits for both Giro Cycling and Camelbak and the customer.

• Maximize sales of all Giro Cycling and Camelbak products by consistently pursuing sales targets in assigned geographies.

• Responsible for customer account sales through “Pre-Book” (campaign scheduling), “Re- order” (restocking), and “Clearance” via customer visits, emails, and phone calls.

• Report on opportunities, potential issues, and support needs, collaborating with the Country Manager to resolve them.

• Develop sales skills through communication with customers, product teams, and sales management.

• Actively participate in sales meetings and provide feedback to the Country Manager.

DEALER MANAGEMENT

• Act as the liaison with customers on relevant Giro Cycling and Camelbak initiatives, building collaborative capabilities and enhancing the connection between customers and consumers.

• Increase inbound and outbound sales by preparing, planning, and delivering clear, comprehensive seasonal merchandising presentations.

• Manage the order status of all customers, resolving issues related to delivery, order status, payments, stock management, and sales.

• Execute seasonal campaigns with initiatives, catalogs, order timelines, and in-season opportunities, as well as conduct product training and testing sessions for customers.

• Identify and pursue shop-in-shop opportunities in the assigned account base and collaborate with marketing on merchandising flow, restocking, and visual merchandising of SiS/CS spaces.

• Conduct regular, planned customer visits to drive revenue, adopt current sales campaigns, and identify opportunities to support distributor sales and key events.

• Organizing and collaborating with the marketing team in the main events.

MARKET MANAGEMENT

• Serve as the Giro Cycling and Camelbak representative and the best brand ambassador in the assigned territory, actively participating in mountain bike races and events.

• Understand account competitors and the market; use assessments, insights, and a brand management approach to adjust and drive sales through accounts.

• Stay curious and informed about product changes and trends across all Giro Cycling and Camelbak divisions, identifying product opportunities for accounts based on inventory and regional needs.

• Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and responsive external and internal relationships.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.

• Experience of providing a high level of customer service and presentations.

• Experience working with independent bike shops and large retail chains.

• Minimum English level B1, as the candidate will work closely with the EU headquarters.

• Technical proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge and use of basic Salesforce platform tools.

• Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Full driving license.

• Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes.

• Ability to prospect new distributors across different categories.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Retail and sales experience.

• Experience in the action sports industry and familiarity with its trends and market.
