"Two glasses of wine accompanied by a balanced diet daily prevent cardiovascular disease and stroke"
The wine is part of our history, our culture. It is a reality. In recent years have been different scientific studies have shown that the wine has components beneficial acting on the human organism, which is why we maintain that moderate wine consumption brings aspects health benefits, especially to prevent cardiovascular disease.
We never you will propose to the abstinent to change their habits. But we will always communicate and defend the healthy aspects of the moderate consumption of wine, an essential part of the Mediterranean diet, always in response to the personal circumstances of each individual as his height, weight, sex, race etc....
The wine has beneficial health properties, but, again, provided that its consumption is moderate and continued. These properties can prevent heart disease, for example.
There are many components and each day is discovered more thanks to the numerous scientific studies carried out in this regard. Possibly the best known by society is resveratrol, a substance found in the skin of the grape and has a strong antioxidant capacity, or which is the same, slows down aging.
A clear example to explain the cardioprotective effect of moderate wine consumption is that it produces an increase of the good HDL cholesterol, i.e. actively participates in the cleansing of excess cholesterol in the body. At the same time, reduces bad cholesterol, which is responsible for increasing the risk of cardiovascular and coronary diseases, setting on the walls of blood vessels and favouring the appearance of arteriosclerósicas injuries. In summary, the moderate and responsible wine consumption raises good cholesterol and reduce the bad.
If. Our medical and scientific equipment have different epidemiological and scientific studies have shown that two glasses of wine accompanied by a balanced diet daily intake prevent cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
Also demonstrates the effectiveness of the moderate consumption of wine to diseases such as cancer, diabetes or Alzheimer's.
In the case of diabetes, for example, wine correctly vinified does not contain products comparable glucídicos by man, therefore does not produce any alteration on the metabolic balance of a diabetic patient.
Polyphenols contained in the wine for its beneficial effect on health are not alcoholic components found in the skin of the grapes and remaining in the wine after fermentation.
There are no more advantageous than other wines, yes it is true that some wines contain higher levels of beneficial components but it is due to the variety of the uva… or the type of fermentation
