STS-Apliclor, Rick Bacon, director-general explained that "our counterfeit money are innovative because they are more compact than traditional products and, therefore, take up less space and less cost in civil engineering." On the other hand, this system allows greater energy savings thanks to the optimization of their operating parameters. "Furthermore, in addition, dealing in products that require little maintenance and operating costs pose lower".
In a first phase, STS-Apliclor will redesign 10 20 filters that you have the floor and, later, is expected to install their counterfeit money in the rest. Construction began in June and will be finished within seven months.
Since that was in operation, in 1955, the Sant Joan Despí drinking water treatment station has undergone numerous transformations, both quantitative and qualitative, in order to adapt the processes of purification of the water of the Llobregat River to the new needs of consumers and to required quality standards. Plant is up to 5,300 litres per second of water to the inhabitants of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
