Efiaqua is celebrated for the first time within the fairs of the environment and energy

From 16 to 18 February took place on the grounds of the Feria Valencia, the International fair for the efficient management of the water (Efiaqua), held within the framework of the fairs of the environment and energy, which was carried out for the first time grouping both Efiaqua and the third edition of Egética-Expoenergética (international fair of energy) and the 10th edition of international Ecofira-fair of the environmental solutions.
This trade fair conjunction has been carried out with the aim of expanding the sample of the industry of the environment, sustainability, waste management, renewable and conventional energies, as well as the efficient management of the water. For this, met near 200 direct exhibitors between 3 fairs, with a large foreign representation, especially with regard to the exhibitors. A complete program of conferences and meetings between companies to strengthen their ties and organize beneficial partnerships was also carried out.
Three exhibitions in one for the sustainability of the production
The strategy of water of the region of Valencia as employment opportunities, programmes and European services to the internationalization of the company and the exposure of Spanish business experiences and from the rest of Europe, were the main themes played in Efiaqua 2011. Likewise, the scope of the 'eco' your space within the programme of technical seminars of the Ecofira, focusing mainly on its factor of differentiation within the agri-food sector, as well as financing tools available at the national and international levels.
The three fairs were inaugurated by the Minister of environment, water, urban planning and housing of the Generalitat Valenciana, Juan Cotino, and by Mario Flores, Minister of infrastructure and transport, and by Manuel Toharia, director of the Museum of the sciences Philip and institutional President of fairs on the environment and energy.
Awards and decorations
The appointment was conducive to deliver examinations to the innovation, 2011, in each of the three fairs, initiative that aims to promote and reward the innovative actions in technology, products and services that encourage business competitiveness in environmental mattersaquifer and energy.
In the case of Efiaqua innovation, the winning project 'aquasave system' of the Seville company Tecnycontrol. The second prize went to waters of Valencia, for your specific project of 'Optimization of the operation of an anaerobic digester using a computational fluid dynamics model'. Finally, the third prize received the Fortune group by its so-called 'Receives Rotary RBBR', which is to be a revolutionary system for the treatment of wastewater.
Similarly, the Act took advantage to give the award to the Ecoexcelente company, granted by the own Generalitat Valenciana to Ford Spain, as well as the energy excellence award 2011, also awarded by the Valencian Government to the company Iberdrola.
He also added that the international component of the fairs was one of its strengths, "despite the youth of the salons, the foreign component has become a clear indicator of the potential of the three contests". It costs Nohales, he also stressed the diversity of sources of international exhibitors, as well as more than 800 bilateral meetings that were held in this optimal framework. He referred also to the value of the extensive programme of conferences which hosted fairs, along with the various activities organized within the 'Demo area', enabled at each show. These spaces were marked by the debate with clear synergies between them, which made it possible to bring visitors an overview of some of the latest concepts in the areas of environmental, water and energy.
