The new Analyzer of chlorine of GF Piping systems allows a precise level measurement of chlorinated water
December 20, 2010
The integrated system provides a turnkey solution for precise measurement of the free chlorine in applications that have values of pH, temperature and stable levels of chlorine. The most common uses include distribution of water, control of groundwater and surface, systems of cooling water HVAC, food and beverages, membranes of protection RO, swimming pools, aquariums and water parks.
The sensor with amperométrica of 4630 chlorine Analyzer technology improves classic chlorine control systems to enable a more accurate measurements in real time and eliminating the need to use reagents. Traditional chlorine measurement devices, such as those based on DPD, rely on chemical reagents, which may be expired or contaminated and requiring constant maintenance. Other methods to control the amount of free chlorine include the use of pH or ORP sensors. This type of sensors require frequent calibration and cleaning, and often provide little reliable reading. The reagents of the 4630-free system eliminates the problems associated with chemical tests at the same time providing a continuous control solution.
