This course arises in front of the need to form to competent technicians in the sector of the purification of waste water. Sector in peak and permanent evolution, with a continuous and increasing demand of qualified technicians, and that engloba diverse scientific and technological fields, as well as a big quantity and diversity of technologies of treatment. In addition to presenting theoretical contents, pretends give a practical approach and very realistic of the day in day out of a station of purification of waste water, that is the one who will give the value added to the course in front of other existent in the national and international field.
The course goes headed to professional, titled university and students of last courses that want to purchase a practical learning, realistic, of efficiency and efficiency in the exploitation of the Stations of Purification of Residual Waters, standing out the suitability for the specialists in chemicals, industrial engineering and biology. This course, based in the experience and knowledge of the speakers, pretends to enter to the student in the sector of the purification of urban waste water, qualifying it to interpret the different units of process and treatments of a Station Debugger of Residual Waters (EDAR), incidir in the study of the criteria of design and, overcoat, of control of process and exploitation more significant of an EDAR, and finally, know the problems of operation more usual in an EDAR, and study the solutions and criteria more efficient of exploitation.
