The system of Sensus installed in the airport bases in a network of 194 counters that explain individually each one with a module of transmission of data to distance via radio 'sensus scout'. These complement with other three industrial counters that transmit the information thanks to a device with technology GSM, which sends messages SMS that receive through a platform web via Internet. All this is controlled by a powerful software of gestión designated 'SensusRead'.
The reading of the counters realises by two roads. The first is through a hand-held computer 'Psion Workabout Pro G2', which receives road irradiate the readings of the counters situated in a determinate radius, without need that the counter was visible and facilitating like this the rapidity of reading. Simultaneously, three industrial counters situated in strategic zones of the airport transmit of permanent form his data through Xenon, a device of Sensus based in the technology GSM. This attracts the reading of the counter through an emisor of pulses and protocol M-BUS, storing it each hour. Once they store 24 hours, Xenon sends the information through a message SMS to the server.
