Hinterport Forum: the largest interactive community for intermodal integration

Hinterport Forum is being consolidated as one of the largest interactive networks of cooperation to promote the integration of the transport of goods across Europe. More than 70 organizations, active in the field of transport and logistics, have had the opportunity to join this forum, using the opportunity to Exchange useful information for their businesses with international experts.
This forum of cooperation is part of the European project Hinterport. Started more than one year ago, this initiative begins to become more and more as a reference point for those companies who believe in a tight integration between ports and inland logistics areas as a way to efficiently manage the growing market for goods.
All companies and agents interested in this field will have the opportunity to attend free of charge, to one of the events organized by the project July 14, 2011 in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara).
The main objective of this event is to show how to make the transfer of good practices of integration of marítimo-terrestres logistics operations in different contexts, with practical examples of implementation such as Free Zone Pirot enterprises and cooperation between Ecologistics Ltd. Gara Yana and the Intermodal station of Sofia. The dry port of Azuqueca great Europe, partner of this project is the organization that hosts the event. As rapporteurs in this quotation, also highlights the person in charge of strategy of the port of Barcelona, Jordi Torrent.
Also, during the event take place B2B meetings and a working lunch to establish contacts, which will be the occasion to promote cooperation projects, in order to create or reinforce the commercial and operational contacts between companies.
