The EU-OSHA presents: ‘Danger: chemical products!'

In the States members are applying gradually new pictograms of danger that form part of an as a whole harmonised system, but of a recent investigation of the Agency of Substances and Ready Chemists gives off that many of these pictograms do not recognise or comprise properly. The kit remembers to the employers and his workers the new signaling and helps them to understand his meaning so that they are protected in his work.
Near of 15% of the European workers affirm to manipulate dangerous substances in his daily work. An only exhibition to some of these substances can already affect to his health, with effects that go of ocular and cutaneous irritations slight to the asthma, problems of the function reproductora, congenital malformations or cancer. The EU-OSHA want to that the workers and the employers familiarise with the new pictograms of chemical danger and handle with care the dangerous substances.
The EU-OSHA supports to the European Commission in his efforts for sensitising on the changes in the requirements of labeling and what these comport for the places of work.
