During his intervention, the director manager of Union of Mutual, Juan Enrique Blasco, manifested that “by our studies know which types of pathologies and risks more frequent have in the Spanish companies and know the problems muscle-ésquéleticos that pose determinate positions continued. Therefore, we have to help to the companies and the workers to diminish these problems of health and these labour illnesses”
In this sense, said that “work in favour of the culture of the prevention always gives positive results so much from the human point of view, social and economic”, and has informed that during 2011, the siniestralidad of the companies associated to Union of Mutual descended 3,3% respect to 2010 and the figure of accidents of work with labour drop reduced in 6%. Besides, the reduction of the siniestralidad accumulated in the last seven years has been of 40,5%. According to Blasco, this reduction is due to the application of measures of hygiene and labour health by part of the companies and also to the reduction of the economic activity, ocasionada by the present economic crisis.
By his part, the president of Femeval, Vicente Lafuente, manifested that “the culture of the prevention plays the same paper that the productivity or the profitability and thus it is so important to tackle the prevention in the daily management of our companies, therefore this tool InfoIntegro is so important and from the beginning have supported it”.
At present, InfoIntegro Is implanting in the sectors of the metal and of the wood-piece of furniture of the Comunitat Valencian, but pretend to be valid for any sector. In fact, It is working in the specificities of each sector to do it extensivo to the greater number of companies and activities.
For the implantation of InfoIntegro, Union of Mutual has carried cape a pilot experience in a ten of companies of the Comunitat Valencian, has instructed to 40 attendants, has realised 137 informative meetings explanatory of this new system of prevention, to which have assisted a total of 350 trabajadores.el method InfoIntegro supposes a step forward regarding the form to tackle the prevention of risks and the preventive best practices since it promotes the leadership of the attendants or intermediate charges in the management of the prevention.
Like this it intermediate controls become the managers of the management of the prevention in his corresponding companies. They are those that have to develop an action continued with the workers to tackle specific aims of the company, through the planning and meetings of hygiene.
Union of Mutual tutela these the meetings of prevention with the attendants, and does follow-up of which realise the attendants with the workers of the company. In this sense, InfoIntegro includes a Guide headed to the figure of the attendant for the implantation, planning, realisation and evaluation of the meetings of hygiene. Some meetings that do not owe to last more than 15 minutes, and owe to realise each week or each fifteen days.
Also InfoIntegro includes material of information of specific hygiene of the sector, as they are the individual and collective protection, the risk of fires, the use of chemical products, the use of tools and machinery, the risks of disorders muscle-skeletal and the risks in the activities of storage of raw materials and of setting of the product finished.
