The ‘Breakfasts Executive' of Iman desentrañan the labour reform

The Eurostars Madrid Tower was the stage of the first session of the ‘Breakfasts Executive' of Iman Learning in the Spanish capital. The day allowed to the assistants deepen one by one in the main points of interest of the new reform of the hand of the authorised voice of the Doctor in Right and Coordinator of the Labour Area of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Antonio V. Sempere.
To this session of the ‘Breakfasts Executive' assisted more than 30 directors, fundamentally of the area of RRHH and of some stood out Spanish companies as for example Acciona, CESPA, Group Saint Gobain, Axa Safe or RACE, between others. In front of them, Sempere defended the reform and his set up ensuring that to weigh that “the social debate have simplified it, the reform is very technical and is much better apply it and rectify in case that they see the problems, that keep it in situation made drowsy”.
For Sempere is clear that “the novelties no propician the indifference. It suffices to see the recent general strike, or the disparity of political reactions or the differences of criterion between means patronales and the sindical to comprise his entity”. It regrets however and above all else that “it have broken the climate of social dialogue and consensus that has accompanied us during long” and ensures that “all effort for restarting it will be positive”.
One of the conclusions that can extract of the participations of the assistants is that the fundamental worry is related with the modification of the basic structures of relations between company and hard-working as well as the requirements to attend to the agreement for support to emprendedores. In this sense, during the day Sempere incidió in subjects like the fiscalidad applicable to the compensations by dismissal improcedente credited before it demand them the worker; the impossibility to attend to the dismissal exprés, the strategies of application of measure of discount salarial imposed by the company or the differences between descuelgue (inaplicación) of the agreement and primacy of the agreement of company, that the new reform establishes in a maximum of 2 years of force.
Sempere Wanted to relativizar also the paper of the labour laws, by himself same, like motors the creation of employment, to finish with the unemployment or go out of the crisis: “the true is that with the same rules Spain has been, successively, the European country more generator and shredders of employment; or that, with the same labour laws the unemployment in the distinct Autonomous Communities varies enormously”. The ‘Breakfasts Executive' are a formative program newspaper headed to employers and managerial heights in which they treat subjects of interest in the economic and financial field as well as the relative to the management of RRHH. The director of Iman Temporing ETT, Jordi Pujals, affirms that “the Breakfasts, apart from being a good tool of learning, allow us know more to the customer in a more distended stage”.
