Sommer Exposes his new pinza angular 90º tight GG4000

Sommer Automatic expand his already extensive range of products with a new pinza. Under the name of series GG4000, is a pinza pneumatics angular available with six constructive sizes. Developed with a protection optima, can use in the most difficult environingingments, like the load and download in machining centres or in all the applications in which there is taladrinas, water or dust.

The opening angle is of 90º by mordaza, by what the fingers have an apetura complete when opening the pinza, taking them out of the area of work. This is indispensable in processes of work in which we do not have an additional linear route to withdraw the pinza, as in tables divisoras, bands of transport in which only we want to take a piece, and leave happen others, and many other applications.

To take out the maximum strength with the available constructive form, has built the GG4000 with émbolos oval. This gives us roughly 30% more than strength of hold compared with a émbolo cylindrical standard. Like this, the relation between own weight and strength of hold is optimum. The pinzas of the series GG4000 also have autoretención in the closing, useful if there is loss of air to keep the piece of work held.

These pinzas can instrument with different types of detectors. Through a magnet preinstalado in the cylinder, can detect the movement of the embolo, indicating if the pinza is opened or enclosed.
