Mondragon Assembly closes an order of 10 million euros to China

The cooperative mondragon assembly, located in Aretxabaleta (Gipuzkoa) and dedicated to solutions of automation and robotics, has managed this month of December the largest order in its history. It's the supply to a Chinese company of 20 machines tabber & stringer for the automation of the Assembly of solar panels, amounting to slightly more than 10 million euros, which is a new brand in capture of orders for the Guipuzcoa cooperative.
Tabber & stringer equipment will be carried out on the floor of Mondragon Assembly in the Gipuzkoan town of Aretxabaleta, which will mean a substantial increase of their activity throughout the first half of next year. The award of this project will enable the generation of new jobs in Aretxabaleta, around 12 people, the increase in activity for the partners workshops of the environment and the implementation of a structure underway after sales in China.
