TransSteel Robotics: ideal for welding steel

The innovative Steel Transfer Technology and power supply of fully digital inverter TransSteel form the basis for a new system for robotic welding. TransSteel Robotics is available with the yield of 350 and 500 classes. These values reach them with 40% DC (duration of connection) or 250 or 360 A with a 100% DC. In addition to the advantages of power supply for manual use, TransSteel Robotics offers functionalities and additional innovations to users.
In this sense, the Fronius System Connector (FSC) conveys all the necessary means for the welding process. The exact transfer of flow of the FSC guarantees maximum security of the process.
With the new robot interface, developers have achieved another simplification more 'convert two in one' for the benefit of the users: now, the user can set without any problem the robot interface in the source current or alternatively alsofor example, in the wall of the cell of welding. The welder have versions such as start and stop of the arc with PLC interface, as well as the transmission of analog or digital signals of different networks of bus (DeviceNet, CanOpen, Interbus). With a single push of button, the Easy-Job function saves very comfortably up to five sequences of parameter data.
Another innovation to highlight is the conduct of media from the source of current, passing by the advance of thread to the torch. This is virtually identical to conventional welding robots and components of the system of the arm of process (PAP) or hollow trees. The compact yarn, considerably smaller advance, radically reduces the disturbing contour. The ComfortWire function, in combination with the FSC, provides an automatic threading of the thread with the closed thread transport rollers.
