Robots for injectors of all sizes
Nepal S3 W3 robot is a variant of the previous model, the S3 Nepal of three axes and electric. For the drive incorporates engines electric brushless and controlled precision and low inertia speed reducer. The interface with the machine has been simplified and is controlled via a touch screen. The search for new solutions in the construction of the robot and its standardized structural components, together with a few production processes optimised, has made it possible to launch this robot at a competitive price. Along with the range of robots Phuket, the Nepal are intended for small injectors. An interesting peculiarity is that the robot can operate, if required by the client, with two axes powered pneumatically and the third axis powered by an electric motor.
Another robot, released for the first time in the latest edition of Plast in Milan fair and to injectors of average size, is the 3E1800, identified with the suffix 'gold'. Their innovations allow use in machines up to 1,000 tons.
A new model to replace the 3E2800 robot, aimed at owls size injectors and known as the 'Highlander' is also attractive. Thanks to the increase in dimensional movement of the axis, a telescopic vertical axis in three phases and a transmission with speed reducer, adapts to the injection with relatively fast cycle times even in large and medium-sized injectors.
More speed
The 3E1200 robot responds to the demands of rapid cycles. We are talking about pieces of size and weight pequeños-medios manufactured in injectors of up to 400 tonnes. The main objective is the implementation of a complete cycle of input and output of the fuel transfer and deposition of the product in 6s.
It is a Cartesian robot with mixed dynamic eléctrica-neumática. The transverse axis (input/output of the machine) is electric, while the axis of extraction and the scales are pneumatic.
The "Speedy Laterale 3E1200" presents some technically innovative solutions, which have forced the design of specific components for the same, as guides for high speed, bands of transmission of great dimensional stability and resistance even under difficult conditions. The motorization of electric axis, for its part, has resorted to oversized brushless motors to ensure strong accelerations necessary. The two pneumatic axes are operated by linear cylinders.
