“The buyer of small mills wants equipment insonorizados and of easy cleaning and maintenance”
Which is the most usual profile of a buyer of mills? It is a transformer —that needs triturar his defective pieces—, is a reciclador...?
Is a bit difficult to define the profile of a buyer of mills, especially in our company, since we have of mills for the different sectors of transformation: moldeo by injection of thermoplastic, extrusion of film, plate, wire, profiles, tubes, blown of containers and of pieces for the sector of automotive sector.
In all the sectors produce defective pieces, coladas, cuts, tortas or mazarotas that the transformer needs triturar and reutilizar.
Some times the recycled of materials produces on foot of machine, with small mills. Others, use general mills and tritura in separate zones of the production.
A sector in peak, by the demand that produces , is the reciclador, that withdraws the pieces and the wastes of plastics of the transformative companies and tears them, the tritura and the regrancea. This product recycled some times gives him back to the own transformer that has generated the residue, for what adjusts a price of repurchase with the transformer, and in other occasions, sells to potential customers.
Thus, the usual profile is the one of a company or responsible of a company that pretends to give a value added to the material of waste, reduce costs, do disappear with the maximum rapidity those materials of waste and optimise the production.
Which is the most valued characteristic by the buyers in a mill?
Nowadays loans a very special attention to the energetic saving, by what treats to use the best system for the reuse of the materials of waste, for this reason, tends to the incorporation of a heartbreaking and small mill for triturar the material that the heartbreaking has reduced, when it treats of pieces very big, tortas or mazarotas. Before implanting the use of heartbreaking, used powerful mills, of a lot of power and high energetic consumption.
When it treats to buy big mills, keeps on being important the robustness, between our customers. If they buy small mills to place to pié of machine, is more important that are insonorizados so that they produce minimum noise, that are of easy cleaning and easy change of blades to facilitate the maintenance.
Really, in this moment there is not a clear-cut tendency and, taking into account the economic situation that are living, results them more interesting the price, by what can buy, perfectly, equipment less technical and of less provision, if the price is cheap.
A priori, it seems that the mills are a type of team with little technology. It is this true? What has to guarantee a technologically advanced mill?
No, no, there is of everything, how no. We can provide to our customers mills very technical, applicable to the different processes of production, is important that are not noisy, that do not do dust, that are prepared for triturar material abrasive, that can complement with auxiliary equipment for the separation of dust, detection and separation of ferric metallic particles and no ferric, that are of easy and fast maintenance, of little energetic consumption, that are antiatasco so that it can incorporate a timer, so that the mill put to work in the moment in that it have the full hopper, with sensors of level in the tanks of triturado, so that it stop the mill placed on foot of machine if the machine is not aspiring sufficient material, to avoid that the material filling against the rejilla.
