Greater energetic efficiency and control of vibration

The series YC, that substitutes and updates the series ALREADY, consists of new adaptable robots to machines of small and average injection. The models YC-100 and YCII -100 are designed for machines of moldeo by injection with strengths of closing of between 80 and 130 tonnes, whereas the models YC-150 and YCII-150 are for machines of between 100 and 220 tonnes. By his part, the YC-250 and the YCII-250 are appropriate for equipment in the rank of 180 to 300 tonnes, and the YCII-400, for machines of between 280 and 450. The seven models are available so much in version S —the instrumented with an alone vertical arm for extraction equipment equipment of pieces—, as in version D —with 2 vertical arms for extraction equipment equipment of pieces and coladas—.
Besides, the YC have of a vertical arm of an alone stage, whereas the YCII have vertical telescopic arms of 2 stages, that allow to reduce the height of the robot and allow his use in areas of low height.
The line YC has been developed with the technology of optimisation of design to achieve a lower weight of the robot and a greater energetic efficiency. Also it has achieved improve and cushion the vibrations, helping like this to the reduction of the time of cycle. The new series comes instrumented with an extensive list of standard functions and new capacities of software.
Energetic efficiency
The optimisation of the design has allowed the use of servomotors smaller, reducing the energetic consumption in 26% in comparison with previous robots of the series ALREADY.
Optimisation of the design
The optimisation of the design consists in putting in practice the application FALLS (Computer-Aided Engineering), to look for the optimum form of a robot in function of his mechanism and movements. Recently, this new approach also has used to design pieces lighter and of more reliability in the industry of the car, of the aviation and other sectors technologically very demanding.
The robots, for which Yushin estimates some sales of 1.000 units in his first year of production, also incorporate Echo Vacuum (*), a function of empty which comes of series and reduces the use of air compressesed in 75%. Besides, the operators can use the new monitor Echo (*) that allows to visualise the savings of air compressesed and of electricity.
Prevention of the vibration
The combination of factors like the optimisation of the design, the use of CFRP (fibre of carbon reinforced with plastic) in the critical components and automatic controls antivibración allows a reduction of 72% in the time of wait of settlement of the series YC in comparison with the robots ALREADY. On the other hand, the improvement of the properties of prevention of vibrations helps to carry out the manipulation of the pieces moldeadas of a soft and fast way.
Greater selection of standard functions
In the series YC, until eight characteristics that before were optional are now standard. The new line includes the new Predictive Maintenance, which alerts to the operators on potential problems. The maintenance evolves like this, of preventive to predictive.
