The ICF grants a loan of 15 million to the Silk

The silk has announced the formalisation of this credit shortly after the concentration that have carried out trade unions against the Government to demand that the IFS granting the loan commitment to the company.
According to the company, this loan is essential to undertake the restructuring plan which was adopted by the extraordinary General meeting on 17 December.
Silk, multinational dedicated to the manufacture of plastic packaging, Catalan is in the process of renegotiation of the syndicated credit in 2006 signed by 600 million euros.
The credit of the ICF will bring liquidity to the company and will allow you to deal with serious economic problems which passes through.
The silk is planning to carry out a capital increase of EUR 300 million that will lead to the creditor banks to do with 41% of the share capital of the company.
The chemical group, has also recently obtained a credit of 371 million euros for the construction of a new plant of PTA (raw material for the production of plastic packaging) in Sines, Portuguese municipality located to the South of Lisbon.
