Betelgeux Organises a technical day on 'Listeria monocytogenes: biofilms and persistence in alimentary industries'

In the day will participate David Rodríguez, of the University of Boroughs, that will speak on notable appearances and implication in the alimentary hygiene. By part of CNTA, Raquel Virto, responsible of Bioprocesos of the Area of R&D, will centre his report on the application of the predictive microbiology for the quantification of the risk of ‘Listeria monocytogene's.
Betelgeux, by his part, will show solutions for the detection and elimination of biofilms, protocols of cleaning and disinfection in alimentary industries, as well as it will show strategies of control of ‘Listeria monocýtogenes' persistent. This last report will run to charge of the adviser delegated of the company, Enrique Orihuel, which considers “absolutely necessary” to offer knowledges to the industry in this field, with the end to “reach the highest levels of hygiene and guarantee the hygiene of the foods”.
