It is cream the first robot of console of Stäubli
In the last years, Stäubli has reacted positively to the requirements of the processors of plastics and has created a custom-made product in the series of robots for plastic in narrow collaboration with the users. “Our new robot of console TX340 SH complete ours range of robots. From now it is available the appropriate arm for each need in the sector of the plastic. Without forgetting that the robots of six axles are the first election for a lot of tasks out of this sector —for example, machines of injection of aluminium or machines-tool”, explains Manfred Hübschmann, general director of Stäubli Robotics Germany.
A fast look to the technical index card gives us an idea of the capacity of this machine. His capacity of load and rank of scope wake up quickly the interest. This robot of six axles can manipulate 165 kilograms inside a radius 3,68 metres. At the same time, this arm characterises by a repetibilidad of +/- 0,1 mm in all his volume of work. To happen the examination of reliable form in the most diverse industrial surroundings, the robot is designed for the class of protection IP65.
The TX340 SH also stands out by design and definition, offering a light design and energetic efficiency. The constant research of reduction of weight can see in the structure of the robot above the axis 1: the designers have moldeado the aberturas appropriate to reduce weight guaranteeing the greater rigidity. The reduction of mass in movement benefits directly in the improvement of the times of cycle. The arm is governed by the same family of controllers that the rest of range, the Stäubli CS8C, that offers “an efficient and profitable solution”.
“In specific applications, our new robot offers significant advantages in terms of scope and flexibility. Besides, this solution reduces the busy space in plant. And, of course, we have realised the integration of the machine the simplest possible for the users using the standard interfaces of the industry”, comments Gerald Vogt, responsible of R&D of Stäubli Faverges in France.
