The next edition of Intermolde will be held in 2006

The twelfth Salon of the mold and integrated solutions of plastics, which was held in the framework of the Alicante trade fair institution from 14 to 17 April, included in this Edition, as a great novelty, the first Hall of the Integral outsourcing. This Edition, has succeeded in attracting to 14.7% more audience than in its last edition held in 2003. The number of exhibitors has also registered an increase of 30%, still present up to a hundred of them at the fair. In addition, the event has acquired a biennial character.

The presentation of the first Salon of subcontracting Integral coupled with the extensive promotion on the pageant has been both abroad as between the national entrepreneurship, has achieved a substantial increase in visitors is concerned. The newly closed Edition of Intermold was inaugurated by Francisco Camps, President of the Generalitat Valenciana. The technical conferences that have been held as a parallel to the pageant have also been well received, exceeding even the expectations of the organization.

As already announced in its day, the fair has taken on a biennial basis, so that will not be until 2006 when Intermolde again open its doors at the premises of the trade fair institution Alicantina.

Great host had the novelty of this Hall, the first Hall of the Integral subcontracting, which tabled a comprehensive offer in the sector of subcontracting, making room for companies belonging to the production process, from design to final production and for different markets.

Intermolde´04 was a hundred of exhibitors and around the 4,000 square metres of exhibition, which led to an increase of more than 30 percent in both of these parameters from the figures achieved in the previous edition. Growth, which still has more value if you consider that the Edition in 2003 was also an increase of 30 percent on the 2002.

Pursuing this goal, Intermolde parallel to the fair held a series of technical conferences. During this cycle were developments of the sectors of molds and the transformation of most current plastics. In addition, this activity was a good opportunity for the meeting between companies involved in the outsourcing of products and/or services from the metal - mechanic - plastic, where could exchange knowledge on technological advances and make contacts or meetings of these sectors.

In the field of internationalization of the contest, and with the objective of enhancing business contacts and increase the volume of business with regard to the previous edition, the organization worked together with various institutions and agencies of foreign promotion as the Valencian Institute of exportChambers of Commerce and foreign chambers of Commerce in Spain to enable exhibitors to establish new contacts with businessmen of France, Germany, Poland and Algeria by the visit of the latter to the pageant in advantageous conditions conducive to the full satisfaction of exhibitors and visitors.

By long experience, to be pioneers in the industry and have become the benchmark in Spain, this new call of Intermolde is a stage in the process of renewal and change started, which consolidates the event in the calendar to the changing picture of the trade fair activity in the sector.

The twelfth Salon of the mold. Plastic integrated solutions, was officially opened on Wednesday, April 14, by Francisco Camps Ortiz, President of the Generalitat Valenciana, in the trade fair institution Alicantina.

The event also counted with the presence of Miguel Ignacio Peralta Viñes, Minister of industry, trade and tourism; Modesto Crespo Martínez, President of the Board of IFA; Joaquín Andrés Berenguer Ramirez, Executive Vice President of IFA; Alicia Ivorra Muñoz, Director General of IFA.

The appointment of Intermolde was the setting for the presentation of new products and launching pad for others, as part of the broad portfolio of exhibitors, who showed more leading products for the sector of the mold.

Reconstruction for machinery presented exclusively the extrusion machines of its represented The Chen Hsong Group. The new C series Jetmaster series, with an innovative circular plate and allowing savings of between 10 and 40 percent electricity consumption.

He highlighted, among others, the microfusión, also called "the lost wax casting" or "investment casting", a smelting process with notable unique characteristics with other techniques of casting.

In the realization of prototypes through microfusión, Coproin part of the 3D model of the final piece, and going through their reproduction in wax, Stereolithography (QuickCast) or selective laser sintering (CastForm), comes to the realization by casting the final component, with short delivery times and parts with mechanical properties equal to a metallic component of Foundry.

Actronic showed the range of regulatory multizonas M series of s.i.s.e, developed for applications in which a large number of areas is necessary to control. The combination of power modules 16 amps and 5 amperes allows an unlimited number of applications, from automotive and technical parts, packaging, cosmetics and pharmaceutical applications. Also of s.i.s.e was known a sequential injection control system.

Actronic booth showed the range of 100 to 2200 tonnes studied machine to adapt to the multi injection technology. It is also a command system specific Dixit that integrates all the functions of machine.
