Magnetic system electropermanente for the tie up fast of pieces in centres/centers of mechanised/mechanized and fresadoras. This system allows to tie up and desamarrar the pieces by means of a small electrical download of few fractions of second allows to activate the system allowing the tie up of the piece by indefinite time without need of consumption of electrical energy neither generate heat and offering total security.
New world-wide patent that improves the system QX with monolithic construction with surface totally metallic without use of insulator of resin and greater rigidity offering a life of the longest dish.
Allows the reduction of time of stop of the machine, better quality of mechanised/mechanized since the strength of tie up is distributed by all the surface of contact of the mould in place to generate in the perimeter and there are five free sides to mechanise/mechanize, high security, operative flexibility, ergonomics and practicidad since the operario can realise/realize the tie up and desamarre without accessing to the interior of the machine.
