Itene Participates in the days of technological transfer 'Solutions for the labelled in the meat sector'

The next 6 June will celebrate in Cortegana (Huelva) To2 Transfer, Transfer of New Technologies in the Industry Agroalimentaria Andalucia-Alentejo, that will centre in the solutions for the labelled in the meat sector. Itene
, the centre of European investigation of reference in packs and packaging, participates in the sessions with the conference 'intelligent Containers: new challenges and developments in the application of new technologies of information and communication in packs and packaging', that will pronounce the manager of Intelligent Systems Advanced, Nuria Herranz.
In his intervention, Herranz will detail the projects of investigation that in these moments tackles Itene related with the packaging and labelling of alimentary products. Between them it stands out the European project Isapack for the development of an intelligent container, active and sustainable for the sector cárnico; Sensopack, whose aim is to obtain printable colorimetric sensors for containers of chicken; SmartColdPack, intelligent containers for control of the chain of cold; or Nanobarrier, a European project to develop material bioplásticos for containers that inform on the useful life of the food and on if it has broken the chain of cold.
In the day will expose solutions to the current problems of the sector with regard to the labelled of the product. The aim is to solve the doubts of the industrial on which information show and which legal requirements has to fulfil the labelled of the product. Also they will propose technological offers so much regarding the design as to new technologies in labelled intelligent.
The day also will have the report 'Novelties in matter of labelled and information to the consumer: Regulation 1169/2011', that will run to charge of the technician of the FIAB Vanesa Magdalena, and 'How dress the Iberian. Challenges of the sector in design and packaging' that will pronounce the consultora of marketing agroalimentario Vanessa Burgal.
