High precision, main trump card series-VTC vertical turning centers
The combination of operations of turning, milling, drilling and grinding in a single machine has aroused a great interest in win VTC's centres of large dimensions of Danobat vertical turning. A machine also noted for its high accuracy, which guarantees its acceptance in the market of consumer of this type of machines.
VTC-2500 lathe exposed in this Edition table of 2,100 mm in diameter and can be turning diameters 2500 mm in parts up to 20,000 kg, with speeds up to 260 rpm. This version has the Bureau is directly mounted on high-precision crossed roller bearings. The main structural elements of the range VTC - table, column/s and crossbar - are molding ribbed, equipping the machine with a high degree of stability. This guarantees that structure can absorb the tensions and cushion the vibrations induced by the forces of court even in the heavier startup work. The basic configuration is a two axis (X and Z) machine, although an optional axis (c) provides high precision positioning and can carry out operations of milling and interpolation operations. In addition, Danobat has designed several new heads for applications of turning, drilling, milling, grinding and threading, each equipped with an integrated bearing.

Grinding machine for grinding without centres Estarta - 315FV for precision work
Built on bed of natural granite that guarantees excellent thermal and dynamic stability model Estarta - 315FV is an option of size medium available in a range of six models of grinders without centres, aimed at high precision work. Equipped with CNC Siemens Sinumerik system easy to use, this grinding admits pieces with rectifiable diameters of 0.5 to 50 mm and allows a maximum length of 200 mm plongée work The largest of the six models can rectify diameters up to 250 mm with a length of 660 mm plongée grinding Wheels are operated by an electrohusillo of 20 kW, thereby eliminating mechanical transmission. The machine can be equipped both with conventional wheels of 610 mm (OD) x 200 mm (An) as with wheels of CBN, gently moving to 20 - 120 m/s.
The power of main motor is the 7.5 kW model Estarta - smallest 301MV to the 90 kW model Estarta - 327 FDA largest with sizes of grinding wheel of 325 x 125 mm to 650 x 660 mm
Continuing the modular design of Danobat group philosophy, these grinders without centers can easily incorporate peripheral such as systems for loading and unloading equipment, equipment for measuring without contact and cooling systems. This is particularly useful in applications of manufacture in series, common in the automotive industry.
Horizontal grinders series HG: high boot material and maximum flexibility
HG-92/HG-72/HG-62 series of high-precision CNC cylindrical grinders are a family of machines sold in the history of Danobat. The HG-92 5000 model is designed for a wide range of demanding applications. The most common include the grinding of internal, external and faces of roller printing, transmission shafts, axes of gas turbines and wind and landing gear components.
Each HG-92 machine supports wheels up 1,060 mm in diameter. Optionally, the HG series can be equipped with a system for measuring absolute multidiámetro MDM for expensive during the process and also with transducer for measurements of length, measurements and taper. Measurements may be performed before, during and after the grinding with the programming system 'front-end DanOp' based on Windows, that makes all the necessary corrections on the basis of the measured values.
