on April 15, 2011
This model, which has been awarded "for its design, performance, ergonomics, quality and security", is a machining center vertical with 5 axes controlled simultaneously which allows machining multiple faces in a single bound.
This machining center, which has been assessed taking into account the factors mentioned above, has won the award for its high productivity and precision, that the use of the latest development of Mazak in linear roller guides contribute (rolling guide system MX) and its ergonomicsthat it enormously facilitates the operation with the machine, guaranteeing an excellent accessibility to the area of labour and ease of operation, which contributes its CNC adjustable in height with a screen of 19 ".
Hyper Variaxis 630 is the first Mazak machine designed by Ken Okuyama, world-renowned Japanese industrial designer. Its innovative design provides exceptional ergonomics and an unparalleled performance, allowing machining with high speed and precision. It has Motors linear in all linear axes (X, Y, Z), as well as engines in head and table tilt (A, C).
It also has functions that, according to Mazak, define the smart machine:
- Active vibration control.
- Control of temperature variations.
- Control active anti-colisiones.
- Advisory voice.
- Intelligent support for maintenance.
- Powerful CNC Mazatrol Matrix 5 X.
