The Galician aeronautical Consortium moves forward steadily

Activities such as metal processing, industrial piping, electrical installations and equipment have discovered a significant amount of demand in an industry that recovers with force.
The European aircraft manufacturer Airbus was consolidated in 2010 as a number one world and the forecasts are good for 2011. This progress and the progress made in relations with Airbus and obtain their certifications can be optimistic.
Performances
Currently companies Cablerías car, S.L., Hispamoldes, S.A., Tune Eureka, S.A., Utingal, S.L., Europrecis Galicia, S.L., tooling Galega, S.L.U., dies and molds of Galicia, S.A., design and modeling of surfaces, S.A. and machining UME are being certified in the UNE-EN 9100 and already have the eye in the certification Airbus.
These certifications, specific to the aerospace industry, respond to demanding requirements of quality, reliability and security and a complex management of processes.
The objective worth the effort
Enterprises, already on the panel of providers of the TIER 1 in Airbus Spain, will also become it Airbus France, United Kingdom and Germany as soon as they obtain certification Airbus.
Enrique Mallón recalls that "the very important economic volume handled by this industry and the forecast of development can be the great ally for many companies affected by the current crisis situation".
The benefits of operating in the aeronautical industry, apart from those relating to the operation of sale or provision of services, are also focused on their great ability to drag technology being responsible for numerous and important technological innovations applicable to other fields.
"Galician metallurgical enterprises are already notable for its high technology in the automotive industry and the manufacture of products of high added value in the naval and we believe that the aviation industry will be source of progress and generator of synergies", concluded Mallón.
Awards ceremony
On April 7 took place in the headquarters of Asime of Vigo the Act of delivery of the certification UNE-EN 9100 with the presence of the Minister of economy and industry, who stressed their support for the project. "These initiatives are which will allow to open new lines of market".
The Ministry of economy and industry has provided strong support to this project and expected him to continue in the future in the project of enlargement of this group of companies certified to the majority of members of the Consortium.
