Fatronik-Tecnalia becomes the European capital of robotic Donostia

A total of 250 specialists will come to the event, which is the largest gathering of experts on Robotics held to date in Europe. The choice of Fatronik-Tecnalia, between various centres and European universities, shows his great reputation in the field of Robotics and the recognition of the major European sector actors, as already was revealed in 2008 with the celebration of the professional meeting 'Robot business opportunities'. On that occasion, Fatronik-Tecnalia demonstrated how new Robotics will have a great impact in different areas, from the industrial to the service through the entertainment or assistance to persons, among others, and will be a great opportunity of diversification for the firms.
The 'euRobotics event' will bring together the leading companies in industrial robots: Kuka, ABB and Comau; Service Robotics: BlueBotics, MoviRobotics, Aldebaran Robotics and Robosoft; and security and space robotics: Alenia Aeronautics and Selex Galileo. Also, will be represented the main centres and universities working in this field: DLR Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics, K.U. Leuven, Fraunhofer IPA, Universita Napoli Federico II and your München.
