Hexagon Metrology Organises in March the day: ‘Solutions of Automation for the Metrology applied to the aeronautical sector component manufacturing sector component manufacturing sector component manufacturing sector'

The aeronautical sector component manufacturing sector component manufacturing manufacture has experienced in the last decades a deep transformation to levels of automation every time greater. It began in the field of the manufacture of elementary, and has continued extending to the operations of setting and functional proofs. In parallel, the new technologies of three-dimensional measurement have suffered an enormous evolution in the last years so much to level of the catchment of data, as in precision, time of calculation, etc.

These competitive advantages that contribute the systems of measurement are applicable and aprovechables definitely in manual way, as traditionally it has gone realizar, but the greater advantage and the intensive increase of the productivity produces when, besides, are able to automate the measurement, minimising the intervention of the variable of the operators. The new task of the operators of measurement will be the one of analysts of results. The introduction of the automation in the measurement allows, likewise, delete zones of measurement optimising in this way the space in the places of work.

In this context celebrates the next 18 March the day of Hexagon, with the aim to spread the technologies of Hexagon Metrology that allow to realizar automatic tasks in the previously exposed fields. It will take advantage of to present the installations of the new Barcelona Metrology Automation Center, in which they will be able to see the capacities of automatic dimensional control of a cell of real measurement in which they integrate the systems of measurement with robots on rails. It treats of an only technical centre in the world, where simulates an exact section of the module of dimensional control in a line of production, having also of a simulation of the automatons of the line.
