Spyro Receives his sixth AdegiTop centred in the ‘flexiseguridad'

Gónzalez Lafuente remembered that the activity of the skilled —company in the development and implementation of the software of business gestión (ERP) Spyro—, centres in three basic pillars: ‘Quality, Technology and People'. After realising a brief presentation of the activity and evolution of Spyro, his general director detailed in the measures that to boost the flexibility, hygiene, conciliation and permanent learning of his employees have implemented .
Like this, between other measures, along the last years the signature has incorporated actions headed to boost the indefinite agreement; establish Plans of Career; propiciar the participation of the people (the gestión by processes has extended to 100% of the staff); and the internal suggestions. “The promotion of the flexibility has improved besides with agreements of availability in personnel with day reduced; the possibility to choose the possibility to enjoy days 'CTI' like day reduced or more days on holiday; and the personal agreements to expand the flexible schedule in function of the needs” explained Ricardo González.
