Sisteplant Creates a forum of experience to promote the industrial development in Spain

For this has organised a program of 30 meetings in distinct Spanish communities, in which managerial of leading companies in diverse sectors go to debate and exchange experiences on the challenges that pose them , and the models of transformation and operational excellence that are applying successfully. This forum gives continuity to the positive experience that Sisteplant obtained the year happened with his program of days, in which they participated more than 200 directors.
The program has started in Madrid, with a forum around ‘sustainable operational excellence and profitable', that has gathered to 40 directors of companies between which find Navantia, Gamesa, ITP, Flex, Milk Pascual, John Deere, 3M Spain, and Todagres between others, that had occasion to know the model of gestión Read Manufacturing presented by Airbus, for whose deployment has had the collaboration of Sisteplant.
Some of the needs in which they coincided the participants are the analytical and reliable knowledge of the potential of improvement of the company, the definition of projects of transformation having the people from the first moment and the implication of all the organisation in the project of future. This last appearance hoarded big part of the debate, since one of the main interests the participants centred in knowing how involve to the people in the processes of change. In this sense the participants of Airbus shared his model of operational excellence and stood out the commitment of the steering to develop it. Like example of this mentioned how all the directors of the company gather by norm with the workers and accompany them in the surroundings of work.
Sisteplant Ascertains that this exchange of knowledges perceives as very positive to help in the transformative impulse of the companies. "The industrial fabric Spanish is working in adapting to the new situation of the market although it does it to a very slow rhythm”, stands out Jose María Embroiders, general director of Sisteplant.
