Bearing in mind that small and medium-sized enterprises are often have more difficulties to implement security plans, either for lack of a Department of knowledge, even of effective time, the Ministry of labour and immigrationdirected by Celestino Corbacho, presented at the end of February a report about a new service of assisting micro-enterprises in the field of occupational safety and health. This is the so-called Prevención10. es, which soon will launch the National Institute for occupational safety and health at work, with the collaboration of the autonomous communities.
The main objective of the implementation of this service, public and free nature, is achieving a constant and significant of workplace accidents in addition to the continuous improvement and reduction progressive conditions of safety and health at work.

Thus, on the basis that 'prevention is more cost-effective than rehabilitation', the Ministry will facilitate the entrepreneur training, information and technical assistance necessary for the fulfilment of their legal obligations, providing a place of encounter and exchange of good practices. In addition, it will also facilitate the employer free e-herramientas that meet all standards of accessibility and security to manage prevention in your company, clearly betting on the simplification and the reduction in costs.
On the other hand, it will develop a technical infrastructure that facilitates the integration of the General Administration of the State and the administration of the autonomous communities in the implementation of the service with absolute respect to the competitive regime laid down in the Constitution.
For all this, and through the omnibus Act, was amended legislation extending up to 10 workers the legal option to enable the entrepreneur personally assume the management of prevention and making a strong commitment to simplificationthe reduction in costs and the formation of the employer, providing tools to enable it to carry out a personal prevention management in your company more efficiently, which will certainly contribute to improve the productivity of Spanish microenterprise.
It should be noted that in Prevención10. it is, in addition to advice and answers to everything related to the prevention of occupational risks and compliance with the law, companies can share experiences with other entrepreneurs through its Forum, library, sectorial information, news, etc.
