Tecnalia presents in the BIEMH 2014 his vision of the ‘factory of the future'
The industrial revolution in course, promoted by the most advanced countries of the world and in which have a paper stood out, goes to transform the concept of ‘Factory' that has used up to now. Tecnalia keeps and spreads his vision of the ‘Factory of the Future' based in six fundamental pillars: Automation and Robotización, Flexibility, Intelligence, Sustainability, Connectivity and with Social Commitment. Through these pillars is possible to guarantee the growth of the activity by means of new projects and alliances that guarantee the position of European referent in industrial investigation.
The presence of Tecnalia in the BIEMH 2014 will allow to approach to a new productive stage through examples of innovative solutions in different fields of the chain of value: machines and processes, assembling, methods of inspection and control of quality, or maintenance and cycle of life.
Parallel activities in which it participates Tecnalia
The companies and technologies related with the sectors of Additive Manufacture and Composites will have a specific area in BIEMH, where will show for the first time his offer, experiences and products more competitive and of greater technological development. The new space will be situated in the pavilion 5 and in him will be able to see the most advanced in processes of manufacture. The days in which Tecnalia participates are the following:
The vision of the additive factory (3 June from the 10:55h)
The Zone of Additive Manufacture and Composites will explain, besides, with a Room of Conferences in which organisms of investigation and leading companies in the matter will present the last experiences and applications in these technologies, as well as his realities and impressesions of future. Tecnalia in this case participates with a report on ‘WAM: Opportunity for the manufacturers of machinery'.
The future of the manufacture of compound materials (5 June at 11:55h)
Day devoted to the compound materials and his technologies situated in AFM. In this occasion, Tecnalia offers a report on manufacture of compound materials: opportunities of business further of the start of shaving.
The photonic applied to the Machine-Tool (6 June at 12:15h)
The photonic and the optical are technologies that devote to the generation, control and detection of the light (photons) in all his forms (ultraviolet, visible light, infrared and laser) to attain useful applications for the society. It treats of some transversal technologies whose main applications find in the industry, the biomedicine, the transport, the communications, the sector aerospacial, defence, power and environingingment. Thus, Europe has defined the photonic technology like one of the enabling technologies key inside his strategy Horizon2020.
Tecnalia could not be missing to this appointment and thus it participates with a report on ‘the thermography for the control in real time of the productive process', given by Alberto Isasi and organised by SECPhO, the cluster of photonic and south optics of Europe.
