The solutions of mechanised laser are opening new ways in the texturizado direct of pieces and moulds, and his versatility extends by his capacity of replacement of the known process of texturizado chemical traditional. Due to the fact that the laser can administer easily multiple layers of texture and is easy and quickly reposicionable, offers clear advantages so much for the elimination of the mask like part of the process of chemical attack.
The technology laser can use well like a direct solution of texturización laser, (the machine can delete the material in, for example, 10 to 150 layers, related with the own pattern of the texture), or as I complement of the chemical attack. The package of included software in the machines, shared with the portafolio of Agie Charmilles of laser, allows to combine a piece of virtual work with a virtual texture and a previous sight of the final design, by what delete the conjectures and what see in screen is what obtain. Besides, our solution of intelligent cartography manages the texture at random and superimpose to give continuity of his design when it applies to the final product.
The result: the possibilities inigualables for the design of the piece, a new dimension in the creativity and the differentiation in a wide variety of materials including the aluminium of steel, carbide, copper, graphite and ceramic.
The package of software includes a software CAM Rhinoceros CAD and for the import of basic archives.
Modification of geometry
The technology laser of 5 axles could manage with GFAC – Laser CAM 3D of geometries 3D in format 3D and with GFAC – Laser Design 3D (texturizado), of geometries 3D in format 3D with ‘capabilitie texuring'.
Creation of patterns of texture
- Textures scanned with the scanner 3D: This is the best approach of the lateral resolution 20 micras and of the depth of 1 micra can attain . The format of exit can be the scale of grey of 8 bits or STL
- Texture done with Photoshop or equivalent software: This also is a good way to do textures in scale of grey of 8 bits without limits of the design
- Texture built with a system CAD 3D: When is a geometrical form the best way is to do in a surface 2D a construction 3D, an example of construction 3D would be pyramids, half spheres, cones, logos, etc.
