Statistical Report All data concerning the machine and the production process are stored to monitor long-term reliability and productivity. The program can be configured according to the customer's needs, allowing specific times to be recorded, such as machine set-up, monitoring of machining operations, lubrication cycles, etc. Resume function on profile This function allows the operator to continue machining a part after an emergency stop. The program starts at the exact point where it was interrupted and follows a special restart procedure. Machining can be resumed if the emergency stop was made during one of the subsequent machining operations: - An electro-spindle machining operation; - A drilling cycle; - a cut with the saw blade; - an automatic tool change on a band or turret magazine; - Any movement controlled by ISO lines. The implementation of this function makes it possible to finish the machining process, avoiding the possible rejection of semi-finished pieces, some of which are made of very valuable materials (e.g. rare woods) and saving the operator time in case of interruptions in programs with a long duration. CONTROL NUMERICO DE OCASIÓN SCM RECORD 132 NT CENTRO DE TRABAJO A CONTROL NUMERICO SCM MOD. RECORD 132 NT OCASION PARA FRESADOS, CORTES, CAJEADOS, TALADROS, ETC… Base y estructura de la maquina realizadas en barras de acero electrosoldado y estabilizado para garantizar máxima robustez y prestaciones constantes a través del tiempo. Los movimientos de los ejes son ralizados por el larguero porta unidades de trabajo que al moverse longitudinalmente respecto a la mesa, realiza el movimiento del eje X. En el mismo larguero están montado ortogonalmente un par de carros que realizan los movimientos de los ejes “Y” y “Z”. Dicha configuración de máquina se aprecia especialmente por las reducidas dimensiones ocupadas en relación con los campos de trabajo. Los movimientos del eje “X” se realizan mediante piñón y cremallera de dientes helicoidales y del eje “y” se realizan mediante tornillo patrón rotatorio precargado y tornillo con recirculación de bolas fijo;: dicha solución garantiza un perfecfto posicionamiento del eje incluso a altas velocidades de desplazamiento evitando además peligrosas vibraciones y el consiguiente desgaste precoz del tornillo. El movimiento del eje “Z” se realiza mediante tornillo con recirculación de bolas rotatorio y tornillo patron fijo precargado y está sostenido por un piston neumatico para equilibrar el peso de las partes en movimiento; está previsto además de frenjo en caso de falta improvisada de corriente. El deslizamiento de los carros se efectúa en guías insertadas intercambiables templadas y rectificadas mediante patines precargados en recirculación de bolas con cuatro aros de contacto; los mismos están previstos de doble sello de aceite para garantizar la necesaria protección contra el polvo y los detritos de mecanizado. Los movimiento de los ejes esta accionado por servomotores en corriente alternada tipo “Brushless” controlados por accionamientos analógicos.
