Facility Services Alentis Creates 428 new employments for people with disability in 2013

Facility Services Alentis created in 2013 a total of 428 new places of work for people with disability, what elevates to 2.428 the number of employees with some type disability, of the 19.000 workers of his staff. The company is specialised in the facility and is pioneering in Spain in the labour inclusion of people with disability in the service sector from does more than 25 years. His business responsibility in this matter plasma in the “personalised follow-up of the worker and in the suitable adaptation to his place of work”, as they explain.

The greater part of these workers are women, a total of 1.415 (58,28%), and in them are represented all the disabilities (sensory, physical, intellectual and the combination of several of them).

These data confirm the commitment purchased by Alentis after the signature of an agreement Inserts of Foundation ONCE and whereby agreed the creation of 1.000 places of work in three years; a figure that, according to the signature, already has been surpassed in two years and half.

Facility Services Alentis Explains, in these moments, with three special centres of employment, that offer to the customers skilled services in Outsourcing, cleaning and gardening and auxiliary services.
