George Cross wins the II Prix Txema Elorza human and professional values in the field of hardware and DIY

The nominees for the prize "Txema Elorza professional and human values in the hardware and DIY sector" in the second edition were love Simon, of shelves Simon; José Ferri, of hardware Ferri, and George Cross, independent consultant in strategy and marketing, all of them were professionals with long and fruitful paths that have made them worthy of this recognition highlights. Finally, the winner was George Cross (absent due to illness but represent by 2 contributors), receiving from the hands of Jordi Pujol, Honorary President of the Foundation, a sculpture of José Ramón career. Pujol made delivery also two lithographs by Eduardo Chillida the two finalists.

The personalities that make up the jury has decided who would be the winner/a of the present Edition have been: Iñaki Arriola, Ulma; Welcome Calvo, Escoriaza S.A.U. workshops, TESA; José Manuel Urquía, Bellota tools; Eusebio Gómez, Titan industries; Paulo Ferreira, of Robert Bosch; Fernando Leonardo, of Celesa; Joan Marc Baptist, Total socket; Ramon Pajares, winner of the I Prize Txema Elorza, Panter; Basilio López, finalist of the I Prize Txema Elorza, Bralo; and Tito Barbosa, finalist of the I Prize Txema Elorza.

In addition to the selfless work of the members of the Committee and the jury, ten are the companies that have sponsored the prize. Barbosa, Acorn, Bosch, Bralo, Celesa, Panter, Escoriaza S.A.U., TESA, Titan, Total Socket and Ulma workshops. All of them have joined the project with great enthusiasm and have given all kinds of facilities to the Organizing Committee to bring to fruition the call.
