The price of the house used drop in Spain 8,2% during 2011

All the Spanish markets have had a clear downward trend during the 2011, being Saint Cross of Tenerife the only capital of province that has seen like his prices kept (0,2%).

Of the rest of big markets, the greater fall experiences it the city of Saragossa, where the owners of houses have recessed his expectations 12,9% in the last twelve months. Since it reached his ceiling in the fourth quarter of 2007, the descent has been of 32,5%. More slight have been the annual descents of the cities of Valladolid (6,3%), Seville (5,9%) and Bilbao (5%).
Logroño Has been the capital of province more punished by the falls of the prices and his owners have had to go down 16,3% the price of the inmuebles on sale. In Soria, the decreasings have been of 13,5%. And with falls of two digits are also the capitals of Córdoba (10,5%), Tarragona (10,1%) and Palma de Mallorca (10%).
