Andece Organises an on-line technical meeting on sustainable construction

Speak of construction with prefabricated of concrete is to speak of industrialisation, of the application to the constructive process of procedures normalised, technology, control of quality, with a more rational use of the raw materials and of the installations, a precise estimate of the costs and time of execution that will employ , all this with the end to obtain a relation quality/optimum price. All this has to influence in the sustainable ‘adjective' with which all begins to tackle , and especially, the construction. But how quantify a building, a system, a product of construction, from a sustainable punto?
The process of normative development in this sense already has been initiated, and a clear sample of the bet of the sector of the prefabricated of concrete is the participation of Andece having the office of the Committee of Spanish Normalisation of Aenor AEN/CTN 198-SC1 ‘Sustainability in the construction.
