Which services go to give in the new installations of Uruguay?
The idea is to create the same model of business that in Spain, that is to say give also there the available services, rent and repair. Besides, we will incorporate a section of advice on foot of work.
Why they have chosen Uruguay to face this international adventure?
Have two reasons: one is that Andrés Farias, partner of Asistemaq, is of Uruguayan origin, and another is that for the development of Asistemaq in the Cone South, the port of Montevideo contributes a lot of advantages.
Which situation crosses the Uruguayan sector of the perforación and of the polls?
The impressesion that have, through the previous travel, is that it is a market in full expansion and with a lot of possibilities of improvement.
They had worked already previously in the outside, direct or indirectly?
How they go to implant in Uruguay, of the hand of a dealer local or of independent form?
Have decided will implant with a dealer local, by the advantages that this option contributes.
How they go to cover this new delegation, so much in material as in personnel?
The technicians will be Spanish, to give learning to the people interested. The equipment will be sent from Barcelona and the secondhand machinery, also. Regarding the machinery and useful new will be provided by the signatures that represent in Europe and EE UU.
In which city goes to be situated specifically the new delegation? It is optimum this location to logistical and strategic level?
The delegation will be mounted in the department of Canelones, that contributes us the advantage to be very near of the airport and of the port, in addition to being in a commercial zone very visited.
It is his intention expand, more on a long-term basis, by other zones of Sudamérica? And by other regions of the world?
Ours idea is, from Uruguay, move us by the Cone South. For other countries where can do business, the strategy will be coordinated directly from Barcelona
Precisely, Asistemaq celebrates in this 2012 his 15º anniversary. It could do us a brief summary of the history of the company?
Asistemaq S.C.P. It creates in 1997 by Lluis Henarejos and Joan Bono to give service to the companies of cimentación that depended totally of the companies situated in Madrid for the repair of his equipment. In December of 2003, after the retirement of Lluis Henarejos, become Asistemaq 3 BYF S.L. With the incorporation of Jordi Boixados, Alfons Bono and Andres Farias, devoting us only to the repair of machinery but with the incorporation of mechanisation and welding.
In the year 2004 begin our commercial collaboration with several European signatures and recently have incorporated some North American to be able to give service in Sudamérica. In the year 2010 did our first commercial trip to Uruguay with seen to be able to open business in this country. And at present we have applications of Paraguay and Colombia to create business.
Which service has at present more weight in the company: the sale, the rent or the repair?
The rent is the part that has more movement, followed of the repairs and, finally, the sales.
And finally, which assessment does of the situation that crosses at present the market of the perforación, polls, cimentación, pozos… in Spain? What fallen of activity has produced , roughly? It is indispensable the internationalisation for subsistir?
In the zone of Catalonia, that is the one who more know, the situation is dramatic since the majority of companies devoted to the cimentación and to the geotecnia have disappeared. For us the fall of activity round 70%, by what think that the internationalisation is something indispensable.
