Fenami Defends the interests of the sector in front of the authorities of the Ministry of Industry

In the transcurso of this meeting exposed to the deputy director the problematic of the sector, standing out the disparity of existent criteria in the autonomous communities, like consequence of the transfer habida of mining competitions, environingingmental, etcetera.

Likewise, posed to the deputy director claims such as the need of a Strategic Plan of Ordenación of the Mineral Resources and the constitution of a National Commission of the Industry Extractiva. In front of this last, the deputy director manifested that it is working in a draft.

Fenami Requests a change of philosophy and mentality in the administrations, on line with the Dictamen of the Economic and Social Committee European (CESSATION) on ‘The minería no energetic in Europe', that demands to do compatible the industry extractiva with the environingingment, but without limiting his activity.

Of additional form, formulated a request so that it correct the excess of rule, that generates legal inhygiene. Also it sued a moratorium in the inspections of hygiene of mining machinery, that the sector does not see justified, being in some impossible cases to fulfil technically. At last, it asked that they unify in the distinct autonomous communities the requirements for the obtaining of the carné of mobile mining machinery, that are so shoot. On this point proposed unify the distinct learnings in hygiene, by the excessive quantity of education that have to receive the operarios, that in his majority results reiterativa. To this it is necessary to add the extraordinary learning that it has to receive by mandate of the Agreement of Construction in the communities where applies , and that also could refundirse or unify, in everything or partly.

At last, has suggested the suitability that the guarantees of catering have criteria of autonomic homologation, and has proposed the possibility to realise compensatory measures in other abandoned mining gaps, in case that it was difficult to restore the own quarry during the exploitation. It has posed the complaint by the descontrol of the loans in some public works, demanded greater rigour against the illegal exploitations that against the legal, and the exigencia of the Marked CE in all arid that put in a work of any Community.

On all these questions, although they have transferred competitions in favour of the Autonomies, the guidelines of the Ministry of Industry follow having a big importance, and is what asked mayormente of the deputy director. This showed very receptivo and opened to have Fenami for future initiatives of the Ministry.
