Adif Realises the proofs of load of two viaducts in The Balbases (Boroughs)

The proofs of load consist in the reproduction of several situations of loads on the infrastructure before his put in service, with the aim to confirm that the construction of the infrastructure has carried out of satisfactory form, and that bears the efforts for which was designed.

For the realisation of the proofs of load of the two viaducts, with which has resolved the intersection of the infrastructure of high speed with the Main brook and the road BOO-P-4011, have used 6 trucks of 4 axles and 34 Tn of weight each one that have placed in different positions on the boards of the viaducts.

With these proofs concludes the realisation of this type of essays in the structures of the stretch Villodrigo-Villazopeque since the proofs of load of the 4 upper steps, with which have replaced the agricultural ways affected by the construction of the stretch, effected the past month of December.

The viaduct on the Main brook has a length of 26 m, dimension that allows to respect the course and the vegetation of bank. The structure is composed by a board, of an only vain of 14 m of width, that is formed by a losa of concrete of 2 m of singing. The structure has executed in situ by means of the installation of a cimbra porticada.

Like environingingmental measure, during the execution of the viaduct protected the course by means of the installation of barriers of retention of sediments in the margins of the brook that avoided the arrival of solids in suspension to the course.

On the other hand, the viaduct on the road BOO-P-4011 is situated in parallel to the Autovía To-62 (Autovía of Castilla) and allows to give continuity to said road on the infrastructure. The viaduct composes of a board of an only vain of 22 m of light between axles of supports and 14 m of width.
