The Government approves the amendment of the law of management of the ground transport

The Council of Ministers has approved the draft law amending the law of management of the ground transport. The new text aims to, following the line taken by the European Union, foster a better business structuring of the supply of transport improve the size and equipment of the companies, affecting topics keys such as the training and technology, reducing trade restrictions and eliminate unnecessary administrative burdens, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality and competitiveness of transport services.
