The Government authorizes the works of platform of a section of the variant of loja in the Antequera-Granada LAV

The Council has authorized the Ministry of public works to tender the works of platform of road of the Quejigares-Variante of Loja in the line of high speed Antequera-Granada section.
The stretch tendered, passing by the town of Loja, located in the province of Granada has a total length of 3.1 miles account with a budget of 46.709.812,73 euros bidding. This is the first leg in bidding of works of the four that make up the 21.4 km from the new variant of Loja: Quejigares-Variante de Loja (3.1 km); Variant of Loja-Río cold (3.9); Loja-A - 92 Variant (6.7) and variation of Loja-Valle del Genil (7.7).
The passage of the line of high speed Antequera-Granada by the province of Loja is developed in a sensitive environment, and of great technical complexity that highlights the presence of an aquifer that supplies water to the lojeña village.
