Volmaquinaria presents the G-series wheel loaders

G-series is a complete range of wheel loaders that meet the requirements of legislation concerning emission stage IIIB (in Europe) and Tier 4i (in USA) which have entered into force on January 1, 2011. All the models L150G, L180G and L220G have a diesel engine turbocharged, six cylinder and 13 litres, with V-ACT (Volvo Advanced Combustion Technology), recirculation of refrigerated gases and particles with active regeneration filter. The particulate filter (DPF) active type diesel temporarily retains the particles and then incinerated them, further reducing emissions. This process is carried out with no loss of performance or operation.
These three units produced between 220 and 274 kW (300-371 HP), depending on the model, offering a high torque at low regime of the engine. In addition to the requirements of low-emission legislation, the D13 engine also meets in terms of efficiency of fuel, reliability and noise. The generation of torque and power at low regime of the engine, in combination with the sensitive hydraulic load, eliminates the need for sobreacelerar engine, which in turn extends the useful life, reduces the use of fuel and reduces noise.
In the series wheel loaders G has introduced a variable geometry (VGT) turbocharger. The VGT is designed to continuously vary the flow of air that enters the engine. A sliding mouthpiece allows that they vary the exhaust gases flowing to the blades of the turbine in order to offer a rapid boost to low regime of the engine, and to achieve and sustain high impulse to a regime superior engine. To change gears forward to reverse (or vice versa), the BBR applies the brake of standard service instead of the torque converter, stopping the machine and putting less effort on the converter and transmission. OptiShift can significantly reduce fuel consumption in operations such as loading and transport, as well as load of short-cycle. The blockade of the Powertrain, in turn, improves driving response, the force of traction, outstanding performance and fuel efficiency.
The kinematics Torque Parallel (TP), patented by Volvo, combines the advantages of the cinematic in Z, and the parallel kinematics in a single system, offering a good move in parallel and a high tractive force, even in the position of higher elevation. MATRIS, in turn, registers graphically and analyzes data from the management and operation of the machine. VCADS Pro is a system that allows fine adjustments in the machine for specific applications, further improving performance. Finally, CareTrack uses a transmitter coupled on the machine that allows that current data of the machine can be seen on the Internet from anywhere in the world, speeding up the taking of decisions on maintenance and repairs.
