Asier Ochoa of Eribe, director of sustainable development of FYM

In his new post, Asier will be ultimately responsible for the development of the environmental policy of the company, as well as the functions of safety and health at work and social initiatives. Also, it will also assume the direction of the Committee on sustainable development of FYM, chaired by Fabrizio Pedetta, Chief Executive Officer of the company, in order to centralize and coordinate all initiatives and social policies and environment of the Organizationas well as enhance its commitment with the community.
Eribe Ochoa has a long experience in the field of sustainability in FYM, which was incorporated in 1998 as head of environment in the factory of Arrigorriaga. In 2000 he was appointed corporate Chief environmental and procurement of raw materials and alternative fuels of the company, and three years later, he held the position of head of environment area.
The sustainable development of FYM Department was set up earlier this year in response to the social commitment that the company carried out from its origins, especially in the field of environment and responsibility with the different audiences of interest (employees, customers, suppliers)(, administrations, local communities, NGOs, etc.).
